Can I send records or wound photographs through the website?
No. Use public forms for minimum intake information only. The team will provide an appropriate secure channel if detailed records or images are needed.
Does submitting a form guarantee care or an appointment?
No. Submitting a form begins intake review. Clinical fit, geography, licensure, payer participation, and scheduling must be confirmed.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911 for severe or uncontrolled bleeding, chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden confusion, signs of stroke, or another urgent or life-threatening symptom.
